Dr. Catherine Saracino
Board-Certified Orthodontist, St. Louis Hills Resident, & Mom
While completing her orthodontic residency at Saint Louis University, Dr. Saracino fell in love with St. Louis and decided to open an independent practice in the community she and her family call home, St. Louis Hills.
The daughter of a science teacher, Dr. Saracino is deeply invested in continuous education and is actively involved in the orthodontic and dental community. Through participation in organizations like the Greater STL Dental Society and the American Association of Orthodontics (AAO), she collaborates with peers and experts in adjacent industries to stay at the forefront of her field and deliver unparalleled care to her patients.
“Orthodontics is more than just straightening teeth — it's about transforming lives and instilling confidence.”
Outside the office, Dr. Saracino and her husband Chris are happily raising their family (son Christopher III and daughter MaryRose) in the St. Louis Hills community, and can often be found at school events, cheering on the local sports teams, and sponsoring neighborhood events.
Dr. Saracino treats every patient as she would her own child, and is dedicated to her mission of providing exceptional, compassionate care while building a stronger, happier community — one smile at a time.
